(Worthy News) – Russian Christians are answering the call to take the gospel to Mongolia, one of the most sparsely populated and least-reached countries in the world, 26 years after the fall of communism left only 10 believers in the country.

46 Russian Christians led by Russian evangelist Pavel Barsokov and tailed by a team at CBN news recently went into the landlocked country to bring the good news, where there are now 60,000 believers.

“What I am attempting to do is raise a new generation of Russian believers who will have an understanding of Christ’s love for the world and the role they must play in bringing that Good News to the unreached,” Barsokov said.

At some of the evangelistic camps that had been set up in the country of 3 million people, some children said they had not even heard of God before.
