(Worthy News) – All 2.5 billion Christians from every denomination and every continent are invited to participate in “Gather25,” a unique US-based event incorporating 25 hours, worship, repentance, and commissioning that will be held Saturday 1 March 2025 02:00 CET – Sunday 2 March 2025 03:00 CET.

Gather25 is the brainchild of Jennie Allen, an American Bible teacher, author, and the founder and visionary of IF:Gathering. The idea for the event came to her as she began to contemplate Jesus’ Second Coming, and imagining that His “soon” return might even be within 10 years.

“Right now, there are 5.5 billion people on earth who don’t know Jesus. If we truly believed He was coming and coming soon, what would we do to reach them? What would the global Church be willing to do? Could 2.5 billion Christians on earth be mobilized to share the Gospel?” Allen reflects in a website statement.

“Imagine a global family. Imagine hearing the stories of God’s power across the earth,” Allen says. “ Imagine worshiping with a great multitude of Jesus followers: live from Europe, Africa, South America, North America, Australia, and Asia – gathered together for one global gathering with one goal: to go and make disciples of all people.”

Gather25 will be hosted all over the world so that participants can attend in person as well as online or by watching a Live Broadcast of the event. Details are available on the Gather25 website.
