(Worthy News) – The Israeli government has approved Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite system to operate in Israel, including the Gaza Strip.

On Monday, Shlomo Karhi, Israel’s Minister of Communications, announced the agreement with Starlink through Musk’s social platform, X.

Karhi stated, “As a result of this significant agreement, Starlink satellite units can only be operated in Israel with the approval of the Israeli Ministry of Communications, including the Gaza Strip.”

He continued, “As the State of Israel fights against Hamas – ISIS, this understanding is vital, as is it for everyone who desires a better world, free of evil and free of anti-Semitism, for our children’s sake.”

On Monday, Elon Musk visited Israel and expressed support for the country’s campaign against Hamas.

Musk urged an end to “propaganda that persuades individuals to commit murder” and emphasized that those with the intent to commit murder must be neutralized.

Musk’s Battle with Media Matters

Earlier this month, X faced criticism following a significant report from the left-wing media watchdog Media Matters.

The media watchdog’s report exposed advertisements from Apple, IBM, Oracle, and Xfinity appearing on the platform alongside pro-Nazi content and posts praising Adolf Hitler.

In retaliation, Musk is pursuing a “thermonuclear” lawsuit against the left-wing media watchdog, alleging manipulated algorithms on the X social media platform and smearing the company.

The lawsuit, filed by X on Nov. 20, alleges that Media Matters published “intentionally deceptive” reports curated by manipulating X’s algorithms, intended to hurt X’s business interests.

“The end result was a feed precision-designed by Media Matters for a single purpose: to produce side-by-side ad/content placements that it could screenshot in an effort to alienate advertisers,” said the suit, filed in federal court for the Northern District of Texas.

Court documents filed on Tuesday indicate that Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump appointee, who presided over billionaire Elon Musk’s lawsuit against a non-profit, has recused himself from the case.
