U.S. to send B-52 bombers to Australia amid China tensions

(Worthy News) – The United States is reportedly planning to deploy up to six nuclear-capable B-52 bombers to an air base in northern Australia amid increased tensions with Beijing.
Operational facilities for the bombers will be set up close to the city of Darwin, the capital of Australia’s Northern Territory. The Australian air force’s remote Tindal base will house the aircraft, an Australian report based on a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity stated.
