Pentagon With Chip To Detect Virus

(Worthy News) – U.S. Scientists at the Department of Defense have developed a microchip that, once inserted under the skin, can detect if the patient develops COVID-19 and other viruses.
The controversial technology was created by the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and could be rolled out globally soon, officials say.
DARPA researchers said they worked for years behind the scenes on ways to prevent infections and end pandemics. Preparations for the microchip increased after 1,271 sailors were reportedly infected with the coronavirus onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt aircraft carrier in 2020.
Retired Colonel Matt Hepburn, an army infectious disease physician leading DARPA’s pandemic response, appeared on CBS tv show 60 Minutes to demonstrate the technology.
Holding up a vial of green tissue-like gel, which contains the chip, Hepburn noted: “You put it underneath your skin and what that tells you is that there are chemical reactions going on inside the body, and that signal means you are going to have symptoms tomorrow.”
Backers of the technology have denied claims by concerned Christians and what they view as “conspiracy theorists” that could lead to world control of people by a tiny leadership.
However, Hepburn acknowledged that “We can have that information in three to five minutes” from the chip. “As you truncate that time, as you diagnose and treat, what you do is you stop the infection in its tracks.”
He explained that the chip is “like a ‘check engine light.” Hepburn stressed that those with the chip “would get the signal, then self-administer a blood draw and test themselves on site.”
Pentagon scientist Dr. Kayvon Modjarrad confirmed that the military is developing a one size fits all vaccine for COVID, commenting, “This is not science fiction, this is science fact.”
“We have the tools, we have the technology, to do this all right now,” he added. The scientist confirmed that this is part of a plan to inoculate people against potentially deadly viruses that have not even appeared yet. “Killer viruses that we haven’t seen or even imagined, we’ll be protected against,” Modjarrad added.
Separately, DARPA developed a filter to remove the coronavirus virus from the blood via a dialysis machine. Hepburn said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration had approved it, and it was already used on 300 patients
The DARPA invention added pressure on reluctant American troops to accept vaccinations. At least a third of active duty service members refused to take a COVID vaccine, with sources saying the actual figure is probably closer to half.
Media, including TIME magazine, condemned the “vaccine hesitancy” within the U.S. military. TIME wrote that “These troops may not be co-opted by domestic terrorists, but they are clearly influenced by conspiracy theorists online, and they just don’t trust basic science.”
And the U.S. magazine noted: “In an increasingly complex digital world, we need our troops to guard against disinformation, trust the data, and believe in science because it is increasingly vital on the battlefield.”
