Israeli group files lawsuit with International Criminal Court: Israel vaccination campaign involves “crimes against humanity”

(Worthy News) – The International Criminal Court is considering a lawsuit filed by a group of Israeli lawyers and doctors who believe Israel’s warp-speed COVID-19 vaccination campaign is a “medical experiment” that violates the Nuremberg Code and constitutes crimes against humanity, All Israel News reports.
The suit was filed by Tel Aviv law firm A. Suchovolsky & Co on behalf of Anshei Emet (People of Truth), a group of lawyers, doctors, activists, and members of the general public, AIN reports. According to the suit, the Israeli government is committing crimes against humanity by pressuring citizens to take Pfizer vaccines that use new mRNA technology and which have not yet received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration.
Pressure is being applied with threats of economic sanctions and social segregation, as well as with incentives: this violates the Nuremberg Code which was written in response to Nazi German medical experimentation on humans, the lawsuit says. The Nuremberg Code calls for a person’s consent to medical experiments and, while the code is not binding, it is generally followed by physicians around the world.
The Anshei Emet lawsuit alleges government pressure began to be applied after Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu signed a deal with Pfizer to receive “a huge quantity of millions of vaccine portions, and with preference over other countries” in exchange for giving the company “medical personal secret information without their knowledge or consent in advance,” AIN reports. Moreover, the suit refers to European legislation that prohibits authorities from pressuring citizens into vaccination.“Whatever is good for the advanced European states, certainly is good for Israel,” the suit says.
Anshei Eme is asking the International Criminal Court to demand an end to Israel’s vaccination campaign, a repeal of sanctions against citizens who do not want to be vaccinated, and an end to Israel’s agreement with Pfizer, AIN reports. The suit will also be filed in the Nuremberg Court.
