U.S. Legislators Want Hearing On Voter Fraud

(Worthy News) – Republican legislators demand an urgent probe into “election fraud” after high ranking U.S. officials reported irregularities and even foreign meddling in the presidential election.
Some 20 House members appealed to Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Democratic House Speaker Democrat Nancy Pelosi to provide hearings on election fraud soon. They said the hearings should start before the Joint Session of Congress in January when members of both chambers are choosing the president after reading Electoral College votes.
Their appeal came after Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe reportedly confirmed “foreign interference” in the 2020 election, an apparent reference to China. Separately Peter Navarro, who serves as an advisor to President Donald J. Trump, released a report Thursday on the integrity of the 2020 election.
The report, released in his “private capacity,” claims allegations of irregularities are substantial enough to overturn the election results and call for an urgent probe.
It notes ”election irregularities” in six battleground states suggesting “a coordinated strategy” to “stuff the ballot box” in favor of Joe Biden and running mate Kamala Harris. Biden was declared president-elect by the Electoral
College, but President Trump has refused to concede defeat citing voter fraud.
‘MASSIVE EVIDENCE’
Evidence for Navarro’s assessment included more than 50 lawsuits and judicial rulings, thousands of affidavits and declarations, Navarro says in the report obtained by Worthy News. His report also cites “1 testimony in a variety of state venues” and “analyses by think tanks and legal centers, videos and photos, public comments, and extensive press coverage.”
It adds there is “widespread evidence” of “outright voter fraud” in four of the six battleground states and “some evidence” of that happening in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
The report cites examples of extensive “ballot mishandling,” “voting machine irregularities and “contestable process fouls.” It claims evidence of “significant statistical anomalies” with ballots suddenly favoring Biden and “violations” of the “equal protection clause” mandating that everyone is equal under the law.
And on Thursday, Trump also mentioned alleged wrongdoing in the U.S. State of Nevada on social networking site Twitter. “Just released data shows many thousands of noncitizens voted in Nevada. They are totally ineligible to vote!” he wrote in a tweet.
The Navarro Report report came as the intelligence community delayed an assessment on foreign influence in the 2020 election. Senior intelligence officials reportedly clashed over the alleged role played by China. Director of National Intelligence Ratcliffe sought to include more viewpoints, in the final analysis, Worthy News monitored.
COMMUNIST PARTY
The tensions come four years after an assessment of possible Russian interference in the 2016 election. At least some U.S. intelligence officials fear Chinese Communist Party efforts in the United States are even more severe than reported Russian meddling.
However, critics have condemned the alleged reluctance to investigate the reported recent election wrongdoings more seriously.
The Navarro Report complains about the “failure to aggressively and fully investigate the six dimensions of election irregularities” it mentions. It describes the lack of a probe as “a signal failure not just of our anti-Trump mainstream media and censoring social media but also of both our legislative and judicial branches.”
The report warns: “If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair presidential election again.”
And it calls the upcoming “down-ballot Senate races scheduled for January 5 in Georgia an initial test case of this looming risk.”
