(Worthy News) – The United States experienced its lowest rate of divorce in about 50 years in 2019, according to a new report by the Institute for Family Studies.
The Charlottesville, Virginia-based research organization released the report on Tuesday, drawing data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey.
In 2019, the data showed that for every 1,000 marriages, 14.9 ended in divorce. The figure is lower than it was in 1970, which had a rate of 15 divorces per 1,000 marriages. [ Source: Christian Post (Read More…) ]
