Iran enriching even more uranium than it planned

(Worthy News) -The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) nuclear watchdog has found that Iran is currently enriching even more uranium than the regime had originally intended, World Israel News (WIN) reports. The IAEA published its findings in report released on Saturday.
Explaining the IAEA findings in an interview with Austrian news outlet Die Presse, IAEA chief Rafael Grossi said: “The Iranians continue to enrich uranium, and to a much higher degree than they have committed themselves to. And this amount is growing by the month.”
At the moment, Iran still does not have enough enriched uranium to make a nuclear weapon, Grossi said. “We look at the significant quantity, the minimum amount of enriched uranium or plutonium needed to make an atomic bomb. Iran does not have this significant quantity at the moment,” Grossi affirmed.
The IAEA reported in June this year that Iran had greatly increased its enriched uranium stockpile and was refusing to allow inspectors into its suspected nuclear sites.
In 2017, the IAEA said it did not have the tools it needed to make sure Iran was complying with the Obama-brokered nuclear deal. Under the terms of the deal, Iran is supposed to give a full account of its nuclear-related work.
