(Worthy News) – The black unemployment rate hit an all-time low for the month of October, making it three straight record months of record unemployment among black Americans.
The jobs report, which was released Friday showed unemployment for black Americans at 5.4%, down from 5.5% the previous two months. The overall unemployment is at 3.6%, up from 3.5% in September. Unemployment is still near a 50-year low.
President Trump has touted his policies as the reason for the low black unemployment rate and has used the issue to woo the heavily-leaning Democratic demographic. [ Source: Washington Examiner (Read More…) ]
