(Worthy News) – President Trump, speaking at a rally in Tampa, Fla., resurrected the issue of photo ID at the polls, suggesting that all voters should be required to show ID when they vote for president, senator, governor, or congressman.
“The time has come for voter ID, like everything else,” the president told supporters, “voter ID.”
“If you go out and you want to buy groceries, you need a picture on a card, you need ID,” said Trump. “You go out and you want to buy anything, you need ID. And you need your picture.”
While many were quick to brand Trump as out of touch for not knowing that you don’t need a photo ID to buy groceries, his underlying premise — that we need better election security — was on point. [ Source: PJ Media (Read More…) ]
