The Picture that Moved Hearts

The Picture that Moved Hearts

On April 6th, a picture of a Palestinian boy was widely circulated by the Palestinian Authority “showing” this boy being taken from a riot scene by Israeli soldiers. It was quite a visual picture that played into the image the Palestinians are trying to create: defenseless Palestinians harassed by hardened Israeli soldiers.

However, there was another picture taken moments before, showing us what the boy was doing before the soldiers decided to carry him away.

Both pictures were taken by Reuter’s reporters who only showed half the story, as usual. This media distortion has been going on for over seven months, since the intifada started.

Please forward this e-mail to everyone and urge them to do the same. Our goal is to circulate this web address throughout the Internet so everyone can see the truth. Spread the web address on bulletin boards, chat rooms, e-mails, and even print it and show it off-line. Get the word out!!!
