WASHINGTON, D.C. (Worthy News)– According to the latest Gallup poll, public confidence in television news hit an all-time low with only 18 percent of Americans surveyed expressed a “great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in TV news.
When Gallup first asked the question in 1993, 46 percent said they had a great deal or quite a lot of confidence in television news.
