Bomb kills two in Libyan church

MISRATA, LIBYA (Worthy News)– Egypt’s Foreign Ministry reported that an explosion at a Coptic church in Misrata, Libya, killed two Egyptian citizens and wounded two others Sunday during preparations for New Year’s Eve mass.
Egypt’s ambassador urged Libyan security to ensure the property is properly guarded.
A Libyan security official — who spoke on the condition of anonymity as the incident is still under investigation — said the attack was caused by a bomb that required a detonator
Despite security concerns, thousands of Egyptian nationals have returned to work in Libya following its recent civil conflict.
