(Worthy News) – In a forceful Saturday night address following Hamas’s rejection of the latest hostage deal, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared, “I will not surrender to murderers.”

“I will not give in to the murderers who carried out the worst massacre since the Holocaust,” he said, referencing the October 7 attack that killed 1,200 Israelis and saw 250 hostages taken.

Netanyahu said Hamas rejected a proposal that would have freed half the living hostages and returned the bodies of fallen soldiers. “Instead, they demanded a complete end to the war,” he said. “Accepting those terms would send a message that Israel can be pressured into surrendering.”

“If we give in now, we risk losing all we’ve gained through the sacrifices of our soldiers,” he warned. “These agreements require a full IDF withdrawal. Were our soldiers injured and killed for nothing?”

He added, “Hamas wants guarantees the fighting won’t resume. They know exactly what they’re doing. I’m committed to bringing our hostages home—but not by surrendering to Hamas’s terms.”

Turning to Iran, Netanyahu stressed, “I am firmly committed to stopping Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. I won’t make compromises, I won’t give up, and we will not retreat.”

“Without the decisive steps I’ve taken over the years, Iran would have had nuclear weapons a decade ago,” he concluded.
